1908 Steinway B 6' 11"
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
This beautiful Steinway B was manufactured in 1908 in New York. The owners opted to leave the finish original which is actually quite nice. We replaced the soundboard, the pinblock, the action with New York Steinway parts and plays wonderfully. The tone is exquisite and very rich. |

Removing the soundboard. The case needs to be completely gone over in the event of a sounboard replacement. This is so there is no residue when the new board is installed. |

Installing the bridge pins. Great care is used in this process as proper tone transmission depends on accurate placement of the bridge pins. |

Restringing the piano. This process takes about 1-2 days and is crucial in enabling the piano to have a clear, singing tone. |
